Where else are you going to get to take potshots at your line manager? What other activity will let you fire paint at the new CEO? Repeatedly! Not only do you get your team out into the great outdoors for the day, but this challenge is a tried and tested adrenaline-pumping company away day with big thrills and even BIGGER guns!

On the day you'll meet expert instructors who'll give you a quick safety briefing, and show you how to use the semi-automatic paintball weapons. Get kitted up in camouflage, vests and paintball helmets, then game faces on, it's time to become a war!

Prepped and having talked tactics with your team you'll head to the battleground and take on a series of games and challenges designed to test your communication, teamwork and sharpshooting skills. Mostly though it's just about shooting each other. A lot! There aren't many away day activities that'll see junior staff members go toe to toe with senior managers, but that's exactly why paintballing is such a great leveller. You'll see Kenny the intern careening through the air while splattering Jim the from accounts in a lovely shade of red (paint!).

Paintball team building is a fantastic and fast-paced way to get your team from behind their desks and into action. Teamwork, communication and a willingness to "take one for the team" are key to victory. Forget the boardroom battle and fire at any enemies who come across your path. Call out enemy positions and co-ordinate devastating attacks, battle it out in an intense game of team deathmatch. This is an activity that everybody can get involved with and enjoy, and there's no better setting to encourage team spirit than in the heat of paint-fuelled battle.
