But unlocking its secrets and gaining a rich understanding of the grapes does take a skilled nose and palate. Our expert sommeliers will help guide you through a world of wines, sparkling wines and champagnes.

Britain has been brewing types of beer and cider since before a few festive druids stumbling home from a night out near Salisbury said “We should build a stone henge here…”. Since then the UK has produced some amazing brewers, breweries and microbreweries, many of which you can explore on our brewery tours.
Chocolatier
You might wish to come on over to the ‘dark side’, or stay on the milk side, there really is no ‘force’ in place but there is plenty of chocolate knowledge to be learned from some real chocolate experts. For any companies that harbour more than their fair share of chocoholics our informative workshops are an absolute must.
Mixologists
It might sound like one of those made up job titles, but a “mixologist” is no average bar tender, a mixologist is someone trained to mix and create cocktails. With our fantastic cocktail mixing sessions your team/s will learn how to create classic cocktails as well as create their own signature creation. Bottoms up!
Bakers
The Great British Bake Off has unearthed a rich vein of home baking experts. You can enjoy your own show-stopping workshop whether it’s simple cake decorating, cupcakes and cocktails or our full British Bake Off activity where you’ll learn all kinds of new and valuable baking skills to take home and perfect. Mmmmmm cake!
Pizzialos
Learn how to create perfect pizza from a trained pizzialo, you’ll create your own topping, flip dough and then bake your works of art in a pizza oven before sitting down with a glass of Italian wine to enjoy alongside your own fantastic creation.
