It may be in the name, but there's certainly no coasting on the Coasteering team building challenge. Your team will need determination, teamwork and the ability to overcome all obstacles to conquer the coast.

"But Company Away Days, what is Coasteering?"

Good question, Coasteering is merely a matter of getting from A to B. What makes it such an electrifying activity is that A and B will be separated by coastal headland, cliffs, rock pools, white water, gorges and other challenging terrain which you'll need to go over, under, around and through.

On the day you'll meet the friendly instructors who'll give you your safety briefing. This is a blood-pumping activity with the fear factor dialled up to one hundred. You'll receive wetsuits, life jackets and helmets and shown the way to the edge of the cliff, it's then down to you to make one small step for man/woman, one giant leap for team bonding togetherness.

The route will be set (depending on weather, group numbers, physical ability and other factors) by experienced instructors to create the best action for you on the day.

This is ideal for the thrill seekers of the workplace looking to put a little extra "WAHEYYY!!" in their away day. You'll be leaping off cliffs and into the foaming water below before swimming back feeling like you can conquer the world!

Having taken on both the course and the elements there is a huge sense of achievement at the end, and we tip our hat to every team that makes the watery leap of faith in this superb, all action challenge day of Coasteering team building. There are also those great team photos to enjoy.
