Let's face it. Driving the Monday morning commute doesn't exactly scream 'fun'. But a driving challenge with Company Away Days is miles away from traffic jams and one-way systems. In our 4x4 Driving team building challenge, you won't be in just any car, these off-road monster machines are fantastically fun to drive, with suped-up engines to conquer even the harshest of terrains. The only question is have you got the driving skills or the driving courage.

On the day, you'll meet an experienced instructor who'll give you a quick safety briefing and help you get to grips before you take it in turns to head out and compete on epic treks, tough trails and full-throttle time trials set in a variety of off-road settings at our sites across the UK and Europe. Each venue will offer different challenges and your off-road programme is tailored for your group dynamics in your chosen location.

It'll get muddy and bumpy on the rough riders, with hills, swamps, and ditches to conquer. And what makes it even more fun is each car is fully loaded with passengers. Team members will become backseat drivers as they offer advice and encouragement or cling on with white knuckles and eyes wide shut.

Of course, this is Company Away Days so you won't just drive, you can compete in time trials to see who are the best drivers and who should stick to taking the bus.

Workmates both young and old will be able to get totally stuck into our 4x4 Driving team building activity, where you can release all those daily commute frustrations in one incredible afternoon of off-road action. If only all roads were this much fun to drive!
