Hold the power play ... internal events don’t always have to be about tangible growth, measurability and marketing quantification! Sometimes it should just be about fun, a little less pressure and a little more fun can easily translate into a little more productivity. Sometimes a simple approach, a break from the norm, will bring the quickest rewards ... so why not throw caution to the wind and simply do something fun with your team.
